Database Model Diagram Crash

Hi there.
For some reason, whenever I open a database model diagram, visio 2003
freezes. I have installed sp3 for visio. I have never successfully used
this feature. I'm not sure what could be going wrong.

Windows XP 64.
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
2gb Mem.
250gb SATA
Ati Radeon x700 pro

What version of visio are you using? Is the feature installed? If you're
opening a diagram, what version was it created in?
