"Date None" when sending mail from Outlook 2003 ????

Each time when I have first opened Outlook 2003 and try
send an e-mail....it gets 'stuck' in my outbox and has an
error "Date None"

Is there any setting to correct this problem or is it a
bug on Microsoft Outlook 2003?

Please could anyone help me out with this?

Where are you seeing that error? What kind of mail accounts? Do you have the
same problem if you create a new profile?
