Hello.

I have created a custom property for a shape using the type DATE.
After that I can select a date using the little arrow that brings up the Date Dialog.
But the problem is that visio ignores my selection and the textfield stays blank.
Another question I have is why the Date Dialog pops up when I declare a custom property from type TIME. So here I only can select a
date but no time...

Any information about this topic?
Any help, and ideas?

When in the Custom Properties dialog, your date selection does not get
placed back in the text field? Or are you saying that there is no change in
the shape text on the drawing?

I agree that it is a little silly to bring up a Date dialog for a Time
custom property. However, the official property type is still Date. It's
only the format that indicates a time value.
