deactivation...swapping computers

HELP! I want to make sure I do the right thing here...my
sister and I are swapping computers. Mine has
FP2002...hers does not, nor does she need web design
software. How do I deactivate the software on my machine
so that I can then install it on the "new" machine? I've
already installed it on the laptop (backup system).

Thanks!

Uninstall from machine one, install on machine 2, and use the phone option for activation
(explain what your have done to MS)

It's all automated through the phone option, making this even easier now.
The last few times I've done this for Office XP, FP 2002, it's all
automated, no live person. Kind of defeats the purpose, just another hoop to
jump through.
