default duration and actual duration

Inside a phase, (and overall) when you have tasks that have a gap in between,
how can one show actual work days and not have project include the break in
total project time. I would like to not creat two phases. Thanks.

I guess I'm a little confused as to exactly what you wan to show. Could
you maybe expand with an example - then maybe we can help.

Hi,

You gave the answer yourself: show "Work" and not "Duration" which is by
definition the distance from start to end in case of a summary task.
Tasks must have "work" for this to work.
