Default email for Office applications

I have always used Outlook as my default email for Office
documents. Today I clicked the menu button to send a word
doc as an attachment and it pulled up Outlook Express. I
have been all through options and customize from the Tools
menu and cannot figure out how to change it back. Any
suggestions?

In Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs you can select your
default program.
