default File Type for Save As Web Page

Does anyone know how to change the default file type whenever you use the
File | Save As Web Page menu? I'd like the file type to default to Web Page,
Filtered (*.htm, *.html) instead of the usual Web Page (*.htm, *.html). But
I only want it to be the default for this menu item. That is, I don't want
to change the default file type in Tools | Options.
