Default paper size

I am using Microsoft Publisher 2000 on a Windows XP system with a HP 930C
printer. The paper size seems to permanently default to Letter. I nearly
always use A4 paper. How can I default to A4 as I quite often forget and end
up spoiling the look of the printout. My printer is defaulted to A4 paper

Steve can you still believe there are backward countries around that still
use that outdated imperial size papers - truly amazing stuff!!!

Make sure under Control Panel > Regional and Language Options and check your
country settings are correct.
Then go to your printer driver and select PROPERTIES and set your printer
driver to A4.

Publisher takes the page size from whatever the printer driver is set to.

Thanks for that reply. When I looked in my printer setup, part of it was
defaulted to A4 but in another part it was set as letter. I bow to your
superior knowledge. All becomes clear.
