Hi Jan,

Set defaults for new picture or shape style :
Select the picture that has the attributes (attribute: An object or text
feature, such as line fill or text color, that you can manipulate by using
drawing tools and menu commands.) you want to use as the default.
On the Drawing toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you
use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the
Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click Draw, and then click
Set AutoShape Defaults.

Please let me know has this helped You...
Thank You...

Only indirectly. If you draw a FRAME (from the "Forms" toolbar) then set the
width OR height to the "exact" measurement you want, the picture you insert into
the frame (in-line with the text!) will size to that setting. And the other
dimension will size relative to that, so that you keep the proportions.
