Hey everybody. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using Outlook 2k. When I create a subfolder in the
Inbox, the new folder is created with too many fields (to,
from, subject, size, etc.) Also, the new folder
automatically has a filter applied to it that only shows
emails containing specific words. I can manually remove
this filter, and readjust all of the to/from fields, etc.
But this is time consuming, especially when I'm dealing
with dozens of folders. Also, every subfolder I had
created in the past suddenly took on this new unwanted
view. I am using an exchange server, so I loaded Outlook
2k on another machine hoping that the problem was a local
setting. But when I fired Outlook up on the second
machine, the folder settings had all transfered from the
server.
Does anyone know how to change the default to/from fields
and filters applied when creating new folders? Thanks!
