Delayed Sending In Exchange

Does anyone know how to delay the sending of messages in
Outlook 2002/XP using Exchange? The main thing is that the
user wants to be able to send a message at a later time
and not be logged into the PC when that time arises. Is it
possible to delay sending without being logged into the PC?

In the open email message go to options and choose "do not deliver
before..." and pick the desired send time.

the outlook version of send later needs outlook open - I'm not sure if the
global send addin (on the BORK cd) is also client side.
