Delays using the File, Save As command

When ever I save a Word doc using File, Save As, it take 10 seconds for the
next screen to open. Then when that window opens, it takes another 10 seconds
for that window to open and so on until I finally get to the destination fold
where I want to save it. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? My local
computer shop can't figure it out. I use Norton AV and their tech support
people can't figure it out and no one seems to know why it does this. I am
using Windows XP Pro, and MS Office 10. It takes me forever to save a
document in Word or Excel. I'd sure appreciate any help.

Have you disabled the Office Plug-in in NAV? If not, do so immediately!
