Delegate Access- Problems when I receive copies of meeting request

I am having an unusual problem and hope someone can help. I am using outlook
2003 exchange. I am set up with delegate access for my boss's email/calendar.
Since I started receiving copies of the meeting request, when I go to look at
the item on the calendar (even if it was accepted) it shows Xs by all the
attendees and no calendar information available for all attendees. I don't
know what could be causing this. IT has made sure all my permissions are set
up correctly; everything looks fine. If my boss schedules the meeting,
everything works fine.
HELP!!
