Delegate problem

I have Exchange 2000 and clients that using Outlook 2003
I'm a delegate, but can't open the other person's folders
When i try to open other person's folder I get: "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Oultook could not access the specified folder location.
I'm also a delegate for other user witch I can open.
