delete different pages from document? Say pages 2,6, and 13

what is the best way to delete different pages from a document? Say I have a
document that has 30 pages and I need to delete 10 pages and what to keep the
rest.

As long as the unwanted text does not contain any section breaks, you can
simply select each block of unwanted text and press the Delete key. Deleting
section breaks will probably mess up the document's formatting.

There is probably no 'best' way.

For a simple document, it may be easiest to simply select each of th
pages that you don't want and delete them, bearing in mind tha
paragraphs on one page can flow to/from the next/previous pages.

For documents with section breaks, auto-numbered pages, auto-numbere
paragraphs, etc, things get much more complicated if you want to kee
the original page headers/footers and numbering. For such a document
you might need to do something like converting all the auto numbers t
plain text, plus manipulating headers/footers.
