Deleted Contacts - Can I recover addresses & names from Sent Items?

Hi, I deleted all my contacts, but forgot to back them up first. I
still have all email etc.
Is there a way I can use Sent Items to recover the addresses and names?

there are small utilities online that will find email addresses in
various kinds of files; i've had to use them before. you can export
your stuff to a CSV or something and then find some app that will pull
out just the email addresses, or maybe one that will do more.

if all else fails, anyway.

Laboriously. Open each message, right-click each recipient, and choose Add
to Contacts.
