Deleted then saved .. can i get it back ?

as above, i have deleted a large portion of my thesis then saved it
(DOH!!!!)..
is there any way i can get it back ??

i need to hand it in tomorrow !!!!

any help would be great ..

btw... it's word (office 2003) with XP home

I'm sorry to say, but unless you've been backing up your PC at night,
it is gone. It might be possible, if you are lucky and haven't done
much anything else on your PC since doing the save, that someone could
recover from the now "empty" sectors of your hard drive the contents
of what used to be there, but that costs much $$ and is not fast.
