Deleting a project and resources from the server

I have two problems,

1- I want to delete a draft project which I used for testing the
project server. By using the cleaning project database menu in the web
access, it gives a message "You can not delete this project, it is
checked out". I didnt checked the project out, but I didnt also give
task duration and start-finish time information. I dont want the other
users see this project.

Any ideas?

2- The other problem is with the users (resources). I've created
several test users. Now, I'm going to create real resources. I'm trying
to delete the test users by using the cleaning project database menu in
the web access, there comes a message like "vbscript.... Request
status:107" and do not delete the inactive user. May be you should ask,
Did you assing this users to any project task, I will say no.

Any ideas again ?

Have you tried checking the project in? Admin->Manage Enterprise
Features->Check in Enterprise Project. Then select the project in the
list and check it back in.
