Deleting a project in Word VBA

Recently I've noticed a project in Project Explorer that I didn't think had
existed before called 'Project()'. Is this normal and how can I delete it?

Every new document has this project as a default. Its empty, but needs
to be present to instance the ThisDocument part of the document
object.
