Deleting duplicate messages

By mistake, I imported messages from Outlook Express twice. As a result, I
have duplicate messages in all my folders.

Is there an easy way to delete more than one copy of all messages in the
same folder - i.e. In Box, Sent Messages etc?

You could delete them all then reimport (once).

Only one problem - I have been using Outlook for over a month or so after I
imported from Outlook.
