Deleting duplicate Notes folders

Al

Every time I run resetfolders I create a duplicate notes
folder, there are three of them now, notes1, notes2,
notes3.

How do I delete these from my folder list?

If one of these notes folders has information that you want
to keep, make another folder of Notes type and place all
notes in there.

Right click OUTLOOK TODAY top folder
Select NEW FOLDER
Type NOTES TEMP for a name
In the "Folder Contains" text box select NOTE ITEMS

Look on Sue Mosher's Slipstick site for Ffolder Utility:

Ffolder Utility: Utility to rename or delete "special"
Outlook folders such as the Calendar, Tasks, Inbox, and
Contacts. VB source code included.
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/gallery/index.htm#ffolder

Use this utility to delete all of the NOTES folders except
the NOTE ITEMS that you just built.

Then use the "/ResetFolders" switch to rebuild the Note system
folder.

OL2000: Additional Command-Line Switches
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;197180

Now move all of the notes from the NOTE ITEMS
folder and simply highlight that folder and press the delete key.

This should get you straight with your system folders.
