Deleting files in OLK9A folder

Can anyone tell me how I can go into the OLK9A folder.
This is where outlook keeps a copy of all attachments
that have ever been sent to me, the number of files is
astronmical, yet I can never find the folder.

I have gone to C:/user/local settings/temp internet files
but once there I can never see the folder.

Am I stuck with them there forever? or is there a way to
delete them (other than one by one when I am in outlook
and saving another file?)

You will delete them by clearing your Temporay Internet Files
You can only go to the folder by typing the address in the address bar.
