Have a client running Outlook XP. He received an email
with a 2MB attachment. When he tried to open the email it
froze his computer and he had to use task manager to shut
it down. Now every time he logs into Outlook the message
is highlighted and it lock up the computer.
Is there anyway to delete that message without opening
Outlook?
