Detail View in Calendar...

I am trying to achieve this result. When I view my Calendar, I can only
see the Subject info, I am not able to see any of the addition info in the
Details Pane. A client of mine at one time was able too, I thought she just
pasted all the info into the Subject line too make this work, but this is
not the case....

I tried Resizing the Field, but the Info from the Detail Pane still can not
been seen until you actually Open the Appointment itself...

Is there something that can be done to make this work so the client (when
printing ) can see her Calendar with ALL Info, including Detail Pane... or
is there a Third Party programm that can be installed too make this work????

Any help would be great...

Well this may help it will show more information in your calendar
it basically shows you the "location" bar and will present it along with the
appointment title
1.. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click Calendar Options.
2.. Under Calendar options, click Planner Options.
3.. Select or clear the check boxes for the meeting planner and group
schedule options you want.

You might try switching to the "Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview" view...that
will show some of the detail in the notes if space allows, but if there is a
lot of detail, AutoPreview only shows the first line or two.
