Detect and Repair

I use Outlook 2000, and when I did a detect and repair it came up with two
files that cannot be updated with this patch. Files are
c:\config.msi\PT49.tmp and c:\config.msi\PT2C.tmp.

Should I be worried? Outlook seems to work OK apart from occasional
removing attachments.
