Diacritics for Arabic

Is it possible with my version of Word to create the diacritics necessary to write Arabic in Roman script, viz the macron and dots under certain letters.
Is it possible to create the "s" with a "hook" under it that has the sound of sh in Turkish? Thank you.

Well you can get all the extended Unicode characters you want (and
switching input method accordingly will make it easier to type the
letters, instead of using the character palette), but Word for Mac
doesn't support writing right to left at this point (very)
unfortunately.
