dialog box too small to show all tabs

In Outlook and Excel, the dialog boxes are too small to display all tabs &
buttons

What versions? Have you tried grabbing the lower right hand corner and
dragging diagonally?

Version: Professional Edition 2003, Home Use Program.

Grabbing doesn't work.

Perhaps you have set your Operating System Display DPI setting a bit to
far? Try Control Panel, Display, Settings, Advanced, General, DPI
setting, Normal (96)

Thanks. I was at DPI 96, so I reduced to 90 -- there was no apparent change.

Umm, 96 is normal, change it back. What is your Desktop resolution?
800x600 or greater?
