Dictating a file for upload

Hi All,
I desire to dictate what file should be uploaded either programatically or
through the File-Upload form instead of a user having to click Browse and
select a file. Is there a known or any ideas as to how this can be done?

You can't do it. The browser's object model will not allow it.
