Different Page Setups in the Same Document

I would like to make the mail merge side of my document be landscape but the
postcard (1x4) side to be portrait. I want both pages in the same document
so that I can duplex to my copier. Is this possible?

No, but you can group objects and rotate them in order to achieve the
same end result.
