Different Timescales Each Custom View? PWA Timescale

I need help!
1. I've created several PWA Project Center custom views.
Is there a way to have a different timescale for these custom views.

2. Also, my enterprise global settings are middle tier= years, bottom tier=
weeks.
This timescale appears correctly in Project Pro, but not PWA.
In PWA, I get middle tier in weeks and bottom tier in days! Also weekends
and holidays are not showing as non working time.
Help
