difficult to put the cursor on the form field

I have a document which has 3 text form fields in 3 sections.
The 1st and 3rd sections are locked.
It is no problem to enter text in the 1st and 2nd text fields but it is
difficult to put my cursor in the 3rd field.
Every time I try to enter text to the 3rd field, it jumps to the 1st field.
I have to reduce the document view to 50% to be able to put the cursor to the
3rd field.
Is there any solution to it?

You should be able to Tab from field to field.

Tab is not working because the second section is unlocked. It is just tab
through the second section.
