Disable the Office Open XML Format dialog prompt?

I have a password protected .xls file that needs to remain in that
format. Office 2007.

Everytime the file is opened and saved, I am prompted to switch
formats:

"This document is both encrypted and password protected. The Office
Open XML Formats available in the 2007 release provide stronger
encryption. Do you want to increase the security of this document by
converting to an Office Open XML Format? Yes/No"

I specifically saved it as an .xls file for a reason. And NO, I'll
never want to save it the other way. Thank you, please don't ask me
this again!

I might could understand if I were asked that when the file was first
created, but everytime the file is open and saved??!

Please tell me that there is a way to disable this annoying dialog.

I have been searching the web for an answering to this very annoying
problem and I can't find anything. I hope someone finally replies to
this thread.
