Disabled Open button on Security Warning with Infopath Full Trust

Hi All,

I've Digitally Signed an infopath form but when my users open the form from
Sharepoint, they are unable to click the disabled open button on the Security
Warning Popup Alert Box. Here is what they see:

This file has been digitally signed by "Details..."
My Team

This publisher has not been authenticated and therefore could be imitated.
Do not trust these credentials.

This file may not be safe it it contains code that was intended to harm your
computer.
Do you want to open this file or cancel the operation?

The security level is set to High. Therefore, you cannot open files from
sources that you do not trust.

"Cancel" "*Open*" "More Info"

----
The "*Open*" button is disabled.

I had them set all security levels in IE to low and the problem persists.
We also had the option of installing the certificate but this seemed to not
work either.

Can you help me to understand what might be going on? And what I might need
to do to correct the problem?

Hi All,

The solution to this problem is simple. Click the details button,
Click the third tab to get a tree-view of all the certificates.
Double-click all of the certificates with red-x's next to them. Click the
Install Certificate button and follow the remaining screens. Once the
certificates have been installed, close the form and reopen it.
