disappearing mail in outlook 2003

I have a user that I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from
2002. Now when she gets mail, reads it, closes outlook,
then opens it back up, it disappears. It is no where to
be found. It is not in her deleted, sent, inbox,
nowhere. She has Windows XP Pro.

Check her view. View, Arrange By, Current View, and make sure it's not set
to Unread messages.
