Disk Cleanup & Microsoft Error Reporting Temporary Log

When I run Disk Cleanup, I am having large amounts of Microsoft Error
Reporting Temp Log files be made available for clean up. Are these to be
deleted, or is this info which perhapsshould be made avilable to whom-ever?
