My name is Oscar and I recently did a hard drive upgrade. I went from a 80 GB
Seagate Hard Drive to a 1 TB Western Digital SATA Hard Drive. I used the
Western Digital utilities to successfully transfer existing data from old
hard drive to the new one. Transfer of data was successul without any issues
or corrupt data.

My Microsoft Office 2007 application has stopped working and attempt to open
the application the Splash Windows pops up and then get a pop up which states
to "repair" the application it does this for all applications. When I open
outlook 2007 it opens up fine but when I got to send, recieve, account
settings, data file managment options I keep getting error message "Not
Implemented". When I attempt to uninstall Office it tells me it was unable to
uninstall and that it failed. I attempt to reinstall directly from the
original disk and setup will pop up and close soon right after and prompts me
to send an error report to microsoft. I open up the report and get the
following infromation: I have ran Registry Cleanup Utiliy, Windows Installer
Repair, SFC/scannow and no luck.

Setup

Setup has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.

This is an Enterprise version of the software and all support needs to come
from either Microsoft or your IT person within your company.

Enterprise is commonly sold by unscrupulous people to unknowing customers
outside of the license agreement for Enterprise use. It is only available
in a volume license program and the only way it can be "legally" bought for
a home computer is through a company's home use program if it was agreed to
with Microsoft. Any home purchase otherwise is pirating of the software.
That is why we don't offer support on these newsgroups for Enterprise
editions.

http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/software-assurance/faq.aspx - about 3/4
way down page - home use....

All true but these newsgroups are not "support" for anything. They are peer
to peer volunteer "advice" columns. My intuition is that something did
indeed go bad with the data transfer. If the 80 GB disk still has XP and
Office on it, try reconfiguring the hardware to see if you can boot from it.
If things work normally in that configuration try using the 1.5 TB disk as a
D drive.
