Disk is Full Message

I am getting this error message in Publisher 2003 trying to save a .pub file
to my
C: drive:

"The disk is full trying to write C:\View Jan.pub. Save this file on a
different disk and/or file"

The file size is 65 MB and the C: drive has 83 GB available.

I have saved this file to a CD and read it on another machine and tried to
save it with the same result. Is the file corrupt or have an attribute
problem?

Publisher documents will balk when saved to a removable device. Copy the file to your
hard drive and save the edits on the hard drive, then copy it to the CD.
