Display additional fields in an MS Project Calendar view.

I have a project in MS Project 2003 and I would like to display it in a
Calendar view, and have these fields appear in the Calendar: Task, Resource,
and Text1.
I seem to only be able to get Task to show up. Any way to do this?

Hi kwasky,

If you mean that you wish to show the name of the task, the name(s) of the
resources assigned, and any text entered into the task Text1 field, the
answer is yes.

Display the Calendar View.
Choose Format>Bar Styles.
In the Task Type: list click: Noncritical.
In the Field(s): list under the Text area, delete Duration and modify the
list by typing to read:
Name, Resource Names, Text1.
Repeat for Critical as needed.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
Julie
