Display duration in one format

Hi all.
Win98. Project98

I'm relatively new to Project. I've inserted a few project into my main
project, however the inserted tasks are have their durations displayed in
days instead of weeks. The main project has the "durations are entered as
weeks" on the tools/options/schedule tab.. as do the subprojects that i
inserted. so i don't understand why it's showing as days. If it's any help,
I first saved the subprojects with the durations displayed as days, but
changed that before i inserted them into the main project.

i appreciate any help here.

thanks alot

Hi,

The duration format in Tools Options is a default that applies only when you
enter or edit a duration. To change the format of all durations:
Select Tools, Macro, Macros
Run the Format_Duration macro. It will prompt you to request the format you
want then change all tasks.

Thanks for the response Rod.
I did what you said, but it didn't work. The tasks that I imported are still
displayed in days and not weeks... any other suggestion?
