DISPLAY IN SENT ITEMS

I have a user who has word 2000 as their e-mail editor for
outlook. When sending or replying emails, her default
view is 150%. How do I change this?

Goto Word and change the view to 100%. Close Word and try it again in
Outlook. If it doesn't work do the same trick in Word angain and goto File->
Page Setup and press the Default... button
