Display names aren't the same - help please!!!

Nearly all my contacts are shown in the format
First Name Last name
Some are shown as
Last Name, First Name

How do I make all my contacts in the format
First Name Last name

I am using Outlook 2002 at the moment, but it would also happen with
Outlook 98.

I sync my Contacts with an iPaq as well as a Sony Ericsson P800 phone.
It would be easier to change on the PC and sync with the other devices.

That view sorts by the File As field by default. How did you set it to sort?

Last, First but I just changed it to First Last. Will that change all of
them then or will I need to manually do each one that is not in that
format?

I'm not following you. Where and how did you change the sort order? The
default is File As..., but you can change it to whatever you want. If you
changed it to something else, they should all sort that way.
