Display summary tasks differently

Is it possible to customize the summary task not to show the start and end
date, but to increase the size of the task name cell and show it as a
centered title in the row? I'm looking at a PDF file that shows the summary
task like this. It sure looks like Project to me. Maybe it's another
product that looks like Project? Or maybe the PDF was modified?

Susie,
Microsoft Project cannot customize the summary line rows the way you
describe. Either you were looking at another scheduling application or a
modified PDF of a Project file.
