Displaying Notes or Resource Information on the Calendar view

I am using Microsoft Project 2000 and am entering tasks
into the calendar. In doing so I am also populating the
resources and notes section of the task pane. What I would
like to do is have the information from these areas be
populated on the calendar screen under the title of the
Task. If I cannot do this, how can I add additional
information to the calendar screen as
I need other information visually displayed on the
calendar aside from the title.

Hi David,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

In Calendar view, Format/Bar Styles... and in the Text section add the
fields you want, separated by a comma.
