Do I need to save all my documents befor installing Office Pro 200

I just downloaded Office Professional 2007 and am at Upgrade or Custom. If I
upgrade will that wipe out all of my document, pictiures, etc.? And, do I
need to back up my whole hard drive so I won't lose all of my documents and
pictuires?

Hi M.G.,

The Custom installation lets *you* choose which defaults are right for you and which older versions of Office programs you want to
remove and which you want to keep (you can only have one Outlook version active).

No matter which of those two choices you make you shouldn't lose any of your current documents, etc., but it's a good idea to first
backup your existing documents and files before doing *any* software removal, addition or upgrade.
