Do I need to uninstall Office 97 before installing Office 2003?

About to upgrade from Office 97 to 2003, not sure if I should uninstall
Office 97 or will that not matter? Thanks.

Daniel,

Generally you can leave your original office 97 installation on your pc.

Just install the new office 2003 in a different folder
