Document Imaging Error Message when opening a .TIFF file

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could point to where I could find/look for the
fix for this issue...

Error 4679: Unable to complete operation. If this is a network file, network
connection may have failed.

But...network connectivity is ok

At the bottom of this article click on the "Return values" It does not give a
solution, but maybe you will get some insight.

this is a software bug, what is the size of tiff file ?
if the file size is more, this wont fit in computer memory and give
you a networking warnin

Thank you for the response...
I was actualy able to find the same...

However, I was able to narrow down the problem and it boiled down to...if
the TIFF file is unnamed, this applciation will not be able to open it
although it is TIFF formatted... Other image viewer however are able to do so
regardless of if the file is unnamed or named...
