Document Scanning creates HTML File in Office 2003

Hi,

I just upgraded from Office XP to 2003. Until now, "Document Scanning" worked fine and created a Word-File. After the Upgrade Word always produces a HTML-File.

Is there any way to create a doc from Document Scanning, again?
