Documents created from templates

I have create a document from a template. When I open the document and look
at it without editing, I am asked whether I want to save the document when I
close the window. Very annoying. Anyone know what can I do about it?

All documents are created from templates, Normal.dot if you haven't selected
a different one. If this is Word 2002 or 2003, see “WD2002: You Are Prompted
to Save Changes When You Close a Document Even Though You Have Made No
