Documents keep disappearing. Office Professional 2003

Whenever I have a document open, can be word or excel, etc., they
periodically crash and fortunately go to auto-recover. This always seems to
be when I am online at the same time. I have run my anti-virus and cleared up
all that. What next? Its finals time!

You should install a firewall and also remove the keyloggers and other
trojans too. Ad-aware SE and SpyBot S&D are a couple scanners that are
available for free use.
