donate office software

I have an unused copy of Publisher 2002 at home (with original disks, product
key, etc). It is NOT installed on any of my computers (I am running 2003/2007
versions of Office exclusively), nor do we have plans to use it.

I would like to donate it to one of the staff members at my church. Is there
any legal reason why I can't just install it on their computer? (Where can I
find a copy of the EULA without installing it on my computer?)

Thank you!

No problem as long as Publisher 2002 was not used as a qualifying product
for an Office program you are using. The EULA for Publisher 2002, with
respect to transfer of the product, is the same as for Office 2003 and
Office 2007. Open any Office 2003 program and go to Help, About. You will
find a link to the EULA.
